After Emma's beautiful eulogy, I will light the second candle. The pandemic has caused immeasurable pain. How I wish Chelsie had not lost hope so soon. How I wish she could have spoken to someone. Anyone. How alone she must have felt that awful morning. I cry even thinking about it. How I wish I had been by the pier that morning to stop her & talk her out of it. You will not ever be forgotten, Chelsie. You've touched too many people's hearts. What is "back to normal" anymore? To Allah we belong and to Allah we will return.
